Engineering science and technology is a vital force to change the world and its development is a strategic choice for human beings to meet global challenges and achieve sustainable development. Modern engineering is related not only to major technologies but also to social, economic and organizational issues, it is therefore urgently needed to combine engineering science and technology with modern management science in order to improve scientific decision-making, complex analysis, innovative management and sustainable development for major engineering projects, to which great attention has been paid by the international research community.
